What does Kenneth think about the coffee from Mexico?
A lovely organic coffee blend that almost melts on the tongue. I am impressed by the heavy chocolate flavor, which is softly rounded off by a hint of almond. A classic coffee that tastes great. If you have tasted Guatemalan coffee with pleasure before, then you should also like this coffee.

The Story Behind Mexico Eco from Chiapas
The coffee is roasted from 100% Arabica coffee beans, which helps to give a good balanced taste. This exquisite Arabica coffee bean is grown in the Chiapas region of Mexico, where the cooperative with the catchy name Federacíon de sociedades cooperaticas indigenas y ecologicas de chiapas de fc de RL is located and provides wonderful coffee.
In the Chiapas region, there is a suitable amount of heat, humidity and soil, which contribute to some of the world's best coffee beans being grown here. Mexico only accounts for 2% of the world's coffee and is the 12th largest coffee exporting country in the world.
Coffee came to Mexico in the 1700s by Spanish settlers. Mexico quickly became one of the leading coffee countries, but due to a lot of lost coffee crops, which primarily stemmed from leaf rust, Mexico dropped down the list of coffee-leading nations and currently occupies 12th place. On the other hand, Mexico is one of the largest in certified coffee (both sustainable and organic) and has an incredible number of small, cozy farms that collect the good coffee for the cooperatives, which then negotiate the agreements with the farmers. The beans are suitable for use in all machines.
The beans can be used in all espresso machines such as: Siemens, Jura, Nivona, Philips, Nespresso, Delonghi, Smeg, Melitta and many more.
