Like Guatemala, Nicaragua has fantastic growing conditions in the mountains and this coffee is grown from the mountains in the Quilali area, which is located approx. 1350 meters above sea level. In Quilali there is a lot of greenery and lushness. This allows the arabica coffee tree to grow in the shade of the massive palm trees on the mountain ridges.
